How do I book an appointment?

 

If you have been referred to us by your family physician, our patient coordinator will review and process the referral. Once this is done, they will contact you by email or phone to schedule your appointment within 2 weeks.

If you are registering as a new GetSkinHelp patient input your email along with your verification code, create a 12-digit password including a special character. Once this has been completed along with your forms, click on the "BOOK NOW" button – on the right top side of your dashboard, fill out the questionnaire, and choose a suitable date for your virtual appointment.
