How do I cancel or reschedule my appointment?

Email us at [e-mail] or reply to your appointment confirmation email.

We require at least three (3) business day’s notice for appointment cancellations or changes. If we need to reschedule more than one appointment outside of our cancellation window, or if you miss two appointments, we will charge you a $50 CAD rescheduling fee.

Do not forget, there is a shortage of specialists in Canada and “no-show” appointments add to an already long waiting list. We ask that all patients advise us of any cancellation so that we can open up the slot for others who are in need.
